What are your heart health goals for 2026?

Share your resolutions or goals for 2026 when it comes to your heart health!

  1. Lots of things, number 1 -take my prescribed medication consistently. Number 2- researching what foods help with plaque and incorporate them into my diet. Number 3- Walk, walk and walk some more. Through research I've learned to push past the pain a bit keeps the blood flowing. And last, but not least, keep a positive attitude fighting all my issues.
Increasing my activity on my support boards also helps because when you support others with their issues it comes back to support you.
Thank you for all you do ❤️
