Tiny screen but the app let's me track my heart rate and steps easily. I just set my phone on a treadmill tray and glance at it occasionally. Tracks my sleep as well. Holds a charge for about a week. Tracks calories burned but not sure how accurate it is.

  2. I have an app in my phone which I keep with me as much as I can
I do not have what is considered a wearable device

  3. I have a very old fit bit that I've used to track my vitals and footsteps. It motivates me to keep up.

  4. My watch keeps track of how far the dogs and I walk each day. It also keeps track of our route. I log my weight in weekly and it jeeps track of that. Also how many calories I burn. I like that it keeps me accountable because I need that
