Help me design better heart care between doctor visits

Hello everyone!

My name is Nidia and I’m doing my master’s thesis on a project I truly believe in. I’m working on creating a small at-home device that could help people living with cardiovascular diseases feel safer and more supported between doctor visits. Before I design anything, I really want to understand what life is like for those who live with these conditions every day. How you feel between check-ups, what helps you, what worries you, and what could make things easier. I’ve made a short anonymous questionnaire (it takes around 5 minutes) to learn from your experiences.
